If you are familiar with social media for personal use, or have been using Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for your business, but without great confidence or inspiration, you should participate in the workshop. This boot camp is an essential jump-start for anyone wanting to ramp up their exploitation of social media. No programming ability is required.
While the scope of the day does not allow for discussion of “big-picture” strategy or the business organisation issues involved in implementing a social media strategy, it totally demystifies the major current tools in use, and shows how they can practically be integrated. The hands-on practical boot camp format ensures that you are actively thinking and participating, and applying the ideas to your own marketing challenges.
You will leave this boot camp with a confident grasp of what the social media tools can do and how to use them, and the inspiration to innovate in your use of social media.
The course is led by Godfrey Parkin, a digital strategist, e-marketer, author, USB-ED faculty member and international internet business veteran, who has advised some of the world's largest corporations.
Bring a laptop with you so you can do the exercises live and start impacting your business immediately!
